To all the businesses around the world that depend on us, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by today’s outage on our platforms. We worked hard and did everything in our power to restore access, and our systems are now back up and running.

The outage was due to planned maintenance by our primary cloud provider, OVH, which was scheduled to run without interruption. Unfortunately, the maintenance caused internal network issues that disrupted communications between our servers.

Our services are now back online and we are actively working to get them back to normal. We would like to make it clear that there was no malicious activity behind this outage, which was due to a faulty configuration change on the part of the cloud provider. We also have no evidence that user data was compromised as a result of this outage.

Companies rely on us every day to communicate with their customers. We understand the impact that outages like this have on businesses and we take the situation very seriously. We are working to better understand what happened today so we can continue to make our infrastructure more resilient.

For any question, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
