We use cookies to enable Single Sign-on (SSO) between the Cakemail application and our customer support service (Zendesk) to allow users to move between the two without having to log in to each service separately.
We also store a cookie for users that request a chat with our Customer Service Support team. This service uses Olark, and its cookie is strictly functionality-based. It does not get saved after the user has closed the session.
Editor cookies
We incorporate cookies within the application during content creation just in case the user forgets to save their work. This is strictly a functionality-based cookie and does not get saved after the user has closed the session.
